The idea behind it was born by experiencing how complex and frustrating finding a house can be. Bureaucracy, dispersed information, high set up costs and difficult flatmates. With a hassle-free sign-up process, standardized design and a community of like-minded people, STACEY aims at creating the best housing experience, anywhere. We started with one apartment in Hamburg, we now have multiple communities across the city and we plan on offering a great housing experience to an ever-increasing number of people across the globe.

I've lived at Stacey Mühlenkamp for four months, and while it had been a bit of a bumpy start for me it turned out to be an amazing time in the end. The rental experience got significantly better with the arrival of on-site manager Buu who took great care of tenants' every day needs in a growing Co-living community. Plus, I made some fantastic new friends. Stacey is the place to be when you're new in town or in the country!

What was supposed to be a temporary accommodation for couple of months turned into my home for more than 1 year in Hamburg. The concept is perfect for people who just moved in the city (or even Germany) and/ or who like the idea of community living. By now there are 3 locations in Hamburg, with events gathering all members. TBH if I didn't move out of Hamburg I'll still be at Stacey (one of the oldest member :D ) Recommend 100%

Stacey is a very nice place to live, work, meet new people and spend some time together. Hamburg was a new city for me and I wasn’t sure where I want to live in a long term perspective, what location is the best variant according to my lifestyle and what should I expect from the city generally. So, I was aimed to find a temporary rent solution. It is not easy to find a flat in Hamburg. Stacey can provide you a place for short term as well, as for long term. Rent price is reasonable, rent conditions are nice. Stacey is flexible and easy going. : You can sign rent agreement very fast, Flexible period of rent, Friendly community and nice managers, Different locations and variety of rooms, All-in rent (pay a rent and do not worry about washing your clothes or morning coffee), Big community spaces with Netflix, sofas, working places and chill corners, Stylish rooms -: Stacey offers only shared apartments. Maybe it is time to try to offer apartments or rooms with personal bathroom?) Overall, my experience is very nice! Totally recommend!

Stacey is the perfect place for working professionals, expats as well as Students. I had the privilege of living here for a period of 6 months in Hamburg and frankly had a wonderful time. I met many people from different areas in life, and because of the co-living culture, I think I have made many friends for life. The list of added benefits like cleaning, group meetings, common room etc provide a really stress free and happy living condition which makes it easier for one to work on other stuff. In totality I I would 100 % recommend this
