I brought my omega to this shop. As I need it to replace the bracelet. As soon as he noticed it was an omega he looked at me as I stoled it and said. Sorry we don’t do this. Take it somewhere else. I felt really bad but I did not say anything back as I was with my son and did not want to cause I scene. I’d not recommend this place to anyone.

I needed a copy of my mail box key and didn't get one. They were out of templates. Two weeks it suppose to take them to get a template for a common key. So I went to another shop nearby that was able to help.

Ich habe lange Probleme mit meinen Schuhen gehabt und bin von Laden zu Laden gelaufen und war nie zufrieden. Ich wollte es ein letztes Mal probieren bevor ich sie wegschmeiße und wurde nicht enttäuscht. Ich kam ohne Erwartungen und wurde positiv überrascht! Meine Schuhe sahen aus wie neu und ich kann sie noch Jahrelang tragen. Auch nachdem ich einmal nicht zufrieden war, wurde mir freundlich begegnet und mir wurde ein tolles Angebot gemacht, damit ich doch noch glücklich werde. DAS nenn ich Service!

Sehr nettes Team. Hilfsbereit und schnell. Allerdings machen Sie auch nur was man bezahlt hat. Geputzt, wie beim Schuhmacher um die Ecke, werden die Schuhe leider nicht. Dafür ist es günstiger.
