This is the best service I have ever received. I had ordered a F1 kite for my husbands birthday from another shop in Denmark, which they never delivered. Three days before his birthday, I desperately called 10 different distributors, and no-one could deliver the kite on time. However, I finally found this F.one Pro Shop in Hamburg and the manager Jörg, who did everything to ensure that I would receive the kite on time for the birthday party. He guided me through everything and took his time to find the best courier etc. And as he promised, it already arrived the day after. The prices are good too. Thank you again Jörg!!
