You have to wait a bit but they wew polite and nice. They know what to do and also they are fast and friendly. I visited here for third time and they were so friendly and fast. I waited for few minutes only.

It takes ages for them to respond to emails, but I can tell you that all the employees that I've interacted with were courteous, knowledgeable and nice, specially the security! They patiently listen to all visitors and help them to find who they need to contact. with. Wish you all the best!
1. Good luck to find an appointment or literally, impossible to reach them by phone or email. 2. security guards at the door are very disrespectful, rude etc...with no reason they should just stay at their home. 3.translations in a Formular were not correctly translated they even said a totally different thing in german. And that’s is not all ... that is a real HELL.
Disappointing encounter at the foreign department info desk. Unnecessarily rude and snappy. Uncalled for attitude.
Bunch of idiots nothing else. Even taking prior appointment doesn't make sense. Get ready to wait for an hour and half or more. Even if you have appointment. Illiterate government officials working here.
This place has to embody all the worst aspects of German burocracy: incompetent, narrow minded staff, long waiting times and a whole host of inefficient systems. After receiving all the necessary documentation they still denied my application because they had puportedly not received proof that I had been working during my stay in Germany. Apparently according to the staff member who reviewed my application a work reference does not constitute a proof of work. Idiocracy at its very finest!
Trotz Corona sind wir von der Wohnversorgung Abteilung telefonisch zurück gerufen worden und alles was man für die Unterlagen benötigt haben weiter Unterstützt. In zwei Tage haben wir das bekommen was wir beantragt haben und wir bedanken uns sehr für die schnelle und freundliche Beratung!! MfG
Die Corona Quarantäneverordnung kam 3 Tage per Brief nach der Quarantäneaufhebung an. Diese kam 5 Tage nach der eig. Aufhebung per Brief an. Technischer Stand ist gefühlt von 1960
