I kind of like this place but I am not very satisfied with them. They really have nearly no watercolours at all. I mean actually professional watercolours. They recently added a whole wall of Faber Castell pencils and sticks (watercolours, pastels and other stuff), witch I am very happy about. They have a nice selection of inks. Their paper selection is pretty small and boring... And everything costs a lot, in compare with other art stores.

I got here often and find it hit or miss. I would like to give 5 stars as they do have nice things and a good selection. I'd like to give it 2 stars because sometimes it just feels like they are closing the place and that the cool, unusual paper store things, are less present. Service is also from 2 stars to 5 stars...

Sehr schönes, von den Inhabern selbst geführtes Geschäft. Kompetente und kundenorientierte Beratung, hier wird nichts aufgeschwatzt sondern an den Kundeninteressen orientiert beraten. So erhielt ich nach Beratung das für mich passende Schreibgerät und wurde vom Verkäufer davor bewahrt, für mehr Geld ein unpassendes Produkt zu erwerben, welches ich mir als Laie zuvor in den Kopf gesetzt hatte. Dadurch habe ich vollstes Vertrauen in eine stets optimale Beratung!

Wir3 fahren irgend wohin

Schön das es solche Läden noch gibt. Auch wenn ein Artikel mal 0,50 teurer ist als bei Amazon, bekomme ich hier die sehr gute und individuelle Beratung. Man bekommt noch Büro-Artikel und Zubehör in allen Varianten. Ich werde hier immer super nett und freundlich bedient, daher komme ich wieder!
