I stayed in three different hotels. It was the best so far. The staff is nice and professional. Cheap prices, perfect location, you can easily walk through the station, centre and main attractions. We booked a standard room, but had been upgraded to a superior room. The room is huge, nice and modern, perfectly clean and quiet. I loved the bed (so confortable!). Very nice and convenient bathroom. So lovely : the candies on the pillow ;) Felt at home in this beautiful room. We had a marvellous stay. Thanks a lot. Highly recommended.

The rooms are clean and nice and the hotel is really close to the city centre and easy to reach if you come by bus or train (approx 10 minutes to the cebtral train station). Also the staff was very friendly and polite, making sure that our stay was a pleasant one.
The location is great ! Just 7-8 min walking from the old town which is amazing! The area looks a bit 'dodgy'(lots of asian shops,bars and restaurants) ..but it wasn't a problem . The hotel by itself was wonderful!Very friendly staff.A clean and nice hotel ! A few car parks around(2-5 min from the hotel) ,we parked our car for 2 days and it did cost us about 10-12 euros.
Excellent service from kind and helpful staff. The hotel is located near München Hauptbahnhof and the walk to Karlsplatz is 10-15 minutes long. The rooms are clean and their overall design is pretty nice.
Excellent service at reception, very complete breakfast and very friendly staff trying to understand Spanish. Fantastic. It should only have a smoking area inside the hotel, the door at night is discomfort to go out to smoke when many drunk people pass by the street making the odd scandal.
We stayed there in March just before lock down,was a lovely hotel,reception staff were very friendly and helpful,and as for the breakfast staff lovely and bubbley and the breakfast was good too,would stay there again as it was close to everything
An excellent place to stay whilst in Munich. Air conditioned as well which is a massive bonus. Comfy bed, clean bathroom and efficient check-in and check-out.
Nice staff, clean. The bed and pillows are very comfortable.
