I am very pleased with a Green Cell battery supplied by Battery Empire. In every part of the purchase process Battery Empire exhibited an excellent professionalism. All communication is in a clear format with details easy to read. The delivery tracking information was reliable as was the packaging for the transit. Green Cell's own original product-packaging was also found to be excellent, protected by an anti-static bag and laid in anti-static foam. A clear guiding booklet was also provided to instruct, warn and advise the user. My new battery purchase replaces that in an old Sony VAIO Laptop I use in my workshop and returns this laptop to becoming "portable" once more. Thank you Battery Empire and Green Cell! Your professionalism and product and presentation and quality set an excellent example of a good reliable and therefore important business.

I had a pretty old laptop which had a dead battery. After some research, landed at this Web Store. The information available was pretty clear, including the supported models. Received my battery the 6th day. That is pretty efficient considering the COVID situation and for that price. Was skeptical initially considering my Laptop model is ancient. Battery came with some charge but the first power-un-plugged cycle drained faster. The next cycle with full power-on and then un-plugged with some heavy lifting (VPN) and then later some video streaming gave me 4.5 Hours of battery power. Very happy all in all. Great work guys.

Amateurish: The purchase system , accounts system and dispatch are disconnected at this company. I had ordered online with 24 hr delivery. The order hadnt left them because of a mixup with their accounting. I had to wait a week and call two times to chase them.
