I’ve been seeing Dr. Born for the past 8 months and am pleased with the care from the praxis. I never feel rushed at all and he answers all my questions patiently. In any examination, he explains everything as it is happening and what different things mean. I don’t have any problems with the staff’s attitude. Sometimes they’re friendly and sometimes they’re more busy and have less time for friendliness. But they’re working a high pressure healthcare job during a pandemic. The idea that they must be at their friendliest 100% of the time, with 100% of patients is unreasonable. Still, they have always been patient with my poor German speaking, and I find them friendly and helpful. I only saw Dr. Wagner one time but she also took time to answer all my questions and listen to me. Considering the sheer number of patients that are seen every day, I find the time spent in the waiting room quite reasonable—quick even, and after several months of appointments I’ve never waited more than 5-10 minutes passed my appointment time to be seen. I’ve also missed appointments and they’ve been flexible trying to reschedule even when it was my fault. The only thing I find frustrating at times is the phone system. It can be hard to get through. Most of the time, you reach a service that holds you a place in line, and this works great. But sometimes I call back immediately after I’ve just missed a call from them and reach a message that says I’ve called outside of their opening hours, which can be a little frustrating. Other times, I try to call all morning and only get a busy signal. This is of course not ideal when I have a question about how to take a prescription or something related. I would recommend this praxis to others.

Dr Born is very competent and firendly .. I have had some complications in the pregnancy and he was very concerned with all the details and I felt secure and sure being followed by him... I already recommend him to all my friends living in Göttingen..

Ich habe mich in dieser Praxis super wohlgefühlt und wurde auch ernst genommen mit meinen Problemen. Das komplette Team ist wirklich mega freundlich und kümmert sich bis zum letzten Schritt. Ich kann diese Praxis wirklich von Herzen weiter empfehlen. Die schlechten Beurteilungen hier kann ich nicht nachvollziehen und glücklicherweise auch nicht bestätigen. Bitte machen Sie genauso weiter wie bisher!

Telefonische Erreichbarkeit sehr schlecht. Nachdem ich mich dann auf dem Weg gemacht habe wurde ich mit Beschwerden weggeschickt. Herr Doktor ist leider emphatielos. Die Praxis ist modern ausgestattet. Ich werde die Praxis nicht mehr aufsuchen.

Vor Ort sind eigentlich alle sehr nett. Aber es ist immer unfassbar schwer einen Termin zu bekommen. War gerade 16 Minuten in der Warteschlange und niemand ist rangegangen ...

Die Mitarbeiterinnen sind sehr nett u.wirklich fürsorglich. Die Ärzte sind nett und kompetent. Hygienevorschriften werden gut umgesetzt. Ich habe mich richtig gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Meiner Erfahrung nach ist Dr Born sehr freundlich und bemüht um den Patienten. Auch das Schwestern-Team ist wirklich nett. Termine habe ich bis jetzt immer zügig bekommen. Ich muss allerdings sagen, dass die Wartezeit (auch trotz Termin) oft recht lang ist (dafür jetzt keinen Stern Abzug, da das ja bei vielen Ärzten der Fall ist).

-10 Sternen Dr. Wagener nimmt sich nicht die Zeit, um Menschen zu dienen, sie erledigt alles schnell und lässt Sie nicht sprechen. Er soll ein Ultraschallspezialist sein und konnte einige Myome, die ich habe, nicht identifizieren.
