The person called Grundmann is an extremely rude person with no real manners or considerations. I went there after a few months to pay the zusatzbezahlung as I was continually in business travel. They refused to give me a detailed bill to show how they calculated the co-payment. Since my German was not the very best this person Grundmann was very rude and said we speak only german even when he understood English. He is quite arrogant in his demeanour and doesn’t understand an iota of being polite and catering to the customer. When I offered to pay with my card they said they could only take cash. In this day and age where everything is digital here is a physiotherapist who takes only cash. I would definitely raise this person being quite rasisct in his behavior. Having said this there is a physiotherapist from Hungary who works there and he is one of the very best I have experienced

Ich bekam sehr schnell meine Termine, dafür gern 5 Sterne. Aber das Zeitmanagement in der Praxis ist schlecht, bei 8 von 10 Terminen warte ich gut 15 Minuten über meinen Terminbeginn. Die Massage an sich war die bisher schlechteste die ich je erhalten habe, Rückenmassage sitzend auf einem runden IKEA-Hocker, nach 2 MInuten war die Durchblutung in meinen Beinen total unterbrochen. Das empfand aber nur ich als äußerst unangenehm und die Physiotherapeutin wollte daran auch absolut nichts ändern. Nun habe ich wieder Krankengymnastik (gleiche Massage) verschrieben bekommen und bin in einer anderen Praxis. Hier fühle ich mich wirklich sehr gut behandelt, es ist Luxusklasse gegen Holzklasse in der Praxis Grundmann. Die Anschaffung eines Massagestuhles lohnt sich allein für das Wohlbefinden des Patienten!
