VERY BAD EXPERIENCE with Autohaus Smit ! I contacted them to buy a car and to fix a appointement to take the car. The seller confirmed by phone that there is no problem, then I had to contact my bank for a loan to have to money on my bank account the day I wil pick up the car as I live abroad. The bank needed a few document to send the money on my bank account, so I requested an invoice from Autohaus Smit, They never answer my phone calls, email, text message. A few days later, They replied me by email that they have sold the car to someone else. I spend 3 days getting everything sorted with my bank and calling Autohaus without any feedback !!! VERY BAD SERVICE, VERY DISHONEST SERVICE

Da ich ein anderes Auto suche, war ich gerade im Autohaus Smit in Gronau. Super freundliche und kompetente Mitarbeiter. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Viele günstige Angebote. Hier ein Mercedes S 560 L AMG nur 5000 km und nun zum halben Neupreis. Super Fahrzeug, leider nicht meine Preisklasse, aber einmalig günstig.

Sehr Unfreundlich am Telefon kommt ziemlich Unseriös rüber wenn mitten im Gespräch aufgelegt wird eine frechheit ehrlich fragt erst nach der meinung dann wird aufgelegt ein Seriöses Autohaus kann das nicht sein !!! wer kunden so behandelt hat sie erst garnicht verdient.

Gorąco polecam wszystko według opisu, kontakt telefoniczny bardzo dobry. Pojazd 100% zgadzał się z opisem, na miejscu jest osobą mówiąca po polsku Pan Dariusz. No i najważniejsze zero Turków
Absolut zu empfehlen, sehr nettes Personal und Herr Neumann ist ein Top-Verkäufer. Sehr nett und alles sehr unkompliziert. Danke nochmal für den super Service sogar am freien Tag. Das war definitiv nicht das letzte Auto, was wir bei Smit gekauft haben.
