Modern Apartments with comfortable Bed. And great view to the mountains. Bathrooms and shower need to be redone. It takes over 5 minutes to get some warm water. Everything in- and especially outside should be cleaner. Spiderwebs and dust... a little gras cutting and repainting as well as some new lightbulbs could help. Friendly receptionist and friendly manager. The rest of the staff seems not to speak germane or English. The housekeeping is just unlocking the the doors without knocking ... this is not exaptable. 3 out of 5 due to the comparable low price .. otherwise 2.

Wonderful room at a bargain price during weekdays!
Rooms were spacy. Bed comfortable. However, cheap breakfast, e.g. eggs not completely fried. Room cleaning was a complete fail. We had a pile of dirt right at the entrance of the room. This very pile not only remained there for the entire stay but also was distributed throughout the rest of the room. The bathroom could also have been cleaner. All in all we couldn’t feel much love to take care and maintain the hotel. It seems it‘s held together just as much as necessary. But we slept well.

Fantastic hotel. Best customer service I’ve had in Germany. It’s a modern hotel in the ski town of Karmisch; it’s close enough to everything. They also have a sauna, hot tub (no other hotel this week had one), and relaxation room. Highly recommend this hotel.
