Very poor and bad custumer service! Im locked out of my business account and no one cares enough to assist me and my business. Just avoid them at all costs!!! You will be better of with a small company that cares about you and your business...

The most super BAD hosting provider what i already had! They have a lot of phone numbers on the site. After trying to call 0800 - the number is not working! after trying to call to mobile , - waiting arround 15-20 minutes. Nobody answer. Start to online chat, the answer was: ":Since you are connected to the sales-team we unfortunately cannot assist"" Why You need a lot of this communications channels if you can not propee assist!? I write request to email - nobody answers. Call again to mobile....waiting 5 minutes. Described my problem that i can not log in the KIS system! They have Customers Number, Emails, Kenwort names....a lot of different things (Log in) which is makes me confus. After several time to log in or reset passwort i was blocked due security reason. The message which i recieved entering my Customer Nubber or Email: ungültiger login! Only after Mobile support comunication i recieved the temporary pass to log in. I lost arround 1 hour just to change my password......this is not ok in 21 century! Behind all of this unproffesional service & support the system has realy non-usability customer interface....everything hard to find even with Account Managment. With hosting management is total HELL work!( As customer which paid for the Virtual Server and Than for Hosting I dont recommend this Hosting Provider. I dont received a proper support and dont think that this System can make anything to help growth my business. To the Host Europe: If you want to be a leader You have to helps You customers and not create only technical instuments which helps personal You and confused all other customers!
