Bad customer service with super rude attitude. They try to steal your money!

It's a corrupted organization. They keep your package and charge 30 euro for nothing. Because it's EMS (chinese state owned post) assigned package distributor, robes 30 Euro for each package from China to German. So when you calculate delivery cost if you choose EMS, Please add 30 euro upon if your choose EMS. You can choose any other carriers such as, Fedex, DHL, UPS, Shunfeng... You name it, no one would hold your package and send you this bill unless your add this service in advance. If your parcel is already sent via EMS , there's still an option, to choose declare by yourself at customer. If you need to pay tax, the customer will inform you. You don't need to pay 30 euro for this company, they are not customer.

Successfully robbed me about 30 euros for sth. that costs 20 euros, without any previous notice. Nobody asked for their service. Someone just came to me and asked for the payment, otherwise they'll send my package back immediately.

You don't need to pay anything. The Mahnung are sent automatic. Ignore them. Even if you did the customs yourselves, they will ask you for money shamelessly, saying you gave them your signature via email. Just send the customs information to their email and call them and insist on your point, then they will destroy the Rechnung.
