I asked that they deliver my furniture from a move early in the day because I worked that Night, they ignored that and came at 1400. They were supposed to unpack things, but unpacked nothing and just dumped my boxes anywhere since they just wanted to leave before 5pm. There was plenty of time for smoke breaks. They were supposed to build two beds and one table , but only managed one bed and stated they couldn't find the nuts and bolts to the second bed thought they were right in the box with the others. There was a lot of damage. Communication with this company was non existent. Very unprofessional and the worst move ever.

Military move. HHG inbound from the states. Three men tirelessly worked our numerous crates, unpacked that which we asked them to, placed our items where we wanted, re-assembled our large items. No damages to our items, nor home. We have three levels, with a \tight\ staircase. No issues, G&G worked very hard for us, and always answered and responded to my phone calls. One of my best inbound HHG's move in over 20 years. Thank you G & G.
Horrific both ways We intially used this company to move stateside in 2007 due to familiarity , as such we were part of the process 100% of the time up to when our shipping container was sealed . Upon arrival in Texas and after finding a permanent home our things arrived loosely in the back of U-Haul mixed with another household. Today , 4/18/2017 , we are back in Germany since 13 days and GG Movers is incapable of getting our belongings to us via German customs due to incomplete/lack of paperwork. GG MOVERS IS NOT ANSWERING THE PHONE (I ASSUME THEY HAVE CALLER I.D) AND ARE BLATANTLY IGNORING US...WITH OUR BELONGINGS BEING HELD HOSTAGE , I SEE NO OTHER RESOLUTION BUT TO MAKE AN INSURANCE CLAIM WITH THE AMERICAN COMPANY THAT STARTED THE MOVE

Does not respond to enquiries despite being asked on 4 occasions.......just ignores enquiries.
Unfassbar! Mein Mann hatte schon Gegenstände eingepackt die dann im Nachhinein scheinbar aus dem Karton geklaut wurden! Wie kann man solche Verbrecher einstellen. Das Allerletzte.
Also ich bestellte die Firma mit Termin zu meiner Mutter. Rief wie gehandhabt an und sagte das ich einen kompletten Umzug, mit einräumen, Abbau und Aufbau brauche. Sie stimmten zu. Dann vor Ort sagte der Mitarbeiter, das meine Mutter (75 Jahre mit defibrillator, schwer krank ) die Küche ausräumen und abbauen muss. So war dies aber nicht aus gemacht. Eben in der Firma angerufen, nein können wir nicht stemmen, da die Amis nun in dieser Hochsaison umziehen. Dann hätte ich keinen Termin ausmachen müssen um gesagt zu bekommen mit Küche abbauen schaffen wir das nicht. Sowas will man Profis nennen. Tut mir leid, nein.
