I want to express my finest gratitude to Thomas Barton with whom we made a deal for my dream car ! He was super fast, prompt and professional in which step he took. Me, as an expat to Germany, relatively a new comer, confused and not aware of the procedure reached out to the official BMW site to search for a newer BMW. So, this is the first time I'm leaving a review on the internet. I absolutely recommend this company as they are some of the most professional guys I've seen. When buying a second hand car it's always with risks (even from authorized dealer), and I've had some really bad experiences in the past, but this company delivered above expectations. Me and my girlfriend were looking for a Mini Cooper and we did a lot of research before buying, but here we found the best deal in terms of price and quality. Thomas Barton was our contact person and we couldn't be luckier. This guy is super professional, responded during weekend and outside working hours on Whatsapp and helped us like a ninja with all the paperwork. When we arrived for the pick-up everything was prepared, papers, export plates, the car was nice and polished (like new). He's one of the most professional sales persons I've met so far, and buying a car never felt easier and safer than with this team. Let me tell you my story. I found myself between 2 jobs without a car in the middle of corona virus international crisis. I was dreaming to get my car from Germany, see it, test it and driving back to Romania, but because of international lock-down this dream was impossible. We said, let's try at least and see what is happening what are the offers and what are the choices. We found few cars we wanted and we started writing to dealers. Problem number one, majority of the dealers were not so willing to give many information or not even to respond to the enquiry we made. It was like in this wired covid situation they did't want to sell. Until we write to Rhein Bondesee on mobile.de and Thomas Barton responded on Sunday in few minutes. In one hour he made follow up to our request and give us a lot information about the car we liked. Next day on Monday he responded to all our question and he made as a very nice offer. It was everything we need it. Even I was miles away and did't see the car and could't test it, Thomas made me trust him and in few days we made the payment and got the car transported to Romania. The car is exactly how he described. It's the dream car! I have never ever seen such a professional sales person as Thomas. Especially in this wired time of COVID 19, when everything is going down, every company will need a Thomas to survive and made professional sales for them. Thank you again Thomas for everything you done for us!
