I bought two VFR maps online. They arrived expired of more than Three years. The answer i got from them is that i should have asked the expiration date by email before buying. Of course they refused to reimburse me. PURE DISHONNESTY

I ordered online a Sennheiser noise cancellation headset from them, 880 worth. By mistake, they send me a second one, and gently asked me if i can just turn down the second one on arrival (which i of course did). The problem is that they charged me on the second one as long as they didn't receive it back. They made me pay for THEIR MISTAKE. I had to get a lawyer involved to make them respect my rights. At any moment in our mail exchanges they didn't seem to be sorry to have made a mistake and to have charged me almost 1700 total. They are the worst dishonest behaving reseller.
