As a new resident in freiburg coming from Dubai, this was my first experience with Martin BMW Autohaus.. from the reception Ms. Prillwitz with her magical smile and professional attitude then Mr. Thomas ( the last name was a little bit difficult - Gludenschuh or ..!) .. A just changed the battery of the remote control car key.. but my nett visit will be for the grand Service.. Prices: logic Location: excellent Herzlichen Dank für die professionelle Unterstützung und Verhältnismäßigkeit..

There is a guy (if you need the name I can give it per Email) who is in charge of selling cars that we usually found him sitting down at the right side first desk of the store, unfortunately for 2 time has a very bad attitude, and don't give a good customer service as if we are doing him the favor to buy an expensive car, very sad that BMW hire people like him. For that reason and for 2 time just because of him that represent the brand as an image we reject to buy at Autohaus Märtin our 3 BMW. I hope that next time when I decide to change my BMW again I could find someone friendly who is willing to help and answer my questions.
