Zentraler geht es eigentlich nicht mehr: In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich die S-Bahn-Station Hackescher Markt. Auch die Einkaufsmeile Friedrichstraße ist in nur wenigen Minuten von hier aus zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenso die Museumsinsel, der Alex sowie das Brandenburger Tor. In München finden Sie uns gleich zweimal: unweit des Olympiaparks in der Dantestraße sowie in Schwabing am Hohenzollernplatz. Beide Häuser sind jeweils nur einen Steinwurf von U-Bahn-Stationen entfernt, wodurch Sie in in nur wenigen Minuten am Hauptbahnhof oder Marienplatz sind. We stayed in the executive apartment on the ground floor with another 2 couples and their kids who were staying in the standard room. The rooms were clean and spacious. They had a little kitchen with a fridge and microwave which was so helpful when travelling with small kids. There is a cafe opposite and a lovely bavarian pub next door that had lovely food and beer/wine. There is a tram and bus stop close by for getting around easily. The room price per night was so reasonable especially when Germany can be quite expensive but we had such a lovely stay. Would definitely recommend.

Horrible stay! My boyfriend went to book a room directly and when we arrived the room.looked different at all. We called them asking for explanation and they told us that we were given a free upgrade. It was not true. The toilet was small and in the shower there was a shampoo for the previous guest. The kitchen didn't have soap, tea towels.. nothing at all. Under the bed was full of dust... It was in the room 310. In the left hand side of the bed, there was a night light but without sense because there was no plug to put in! So it was decoration only.... The heating was impossible to control.. the control disposal was broken. What annoyed me more is that on the 3rd day we didn't have anyone cleaning our room. The 4th day we saw a girl and we asked her soap for the dishes, toilet paper... Etc etc and seemed like we were asking for something like...pf! Hated it. I was very sad because we were disappointed.

No towels, no soap, no reception, no aircondition. Only one key. We lost one breakfast because the restaurant that serves it had changed, but breakfast coupon had old name in it and we weren't told about this. Sheets and room have dust and dirt in them. Otherwise the backyard rooms are nice. Fixing the problems above could improve rating to 3 stars.

Stayed three nights here over Easter and was hugely impressed with the apartment. Maybe we had a special room or some major renovations happened recently but the standard in the room was really high From RC Velux blinds to under floor Heating and super modern roomy bathrooms both upstairs and downstairs. This place was a gem and will definitely go again

No idea how they got 3 star rating. Photos show anything but the dull reality. Worn-down furniture and the tiny kitchen is even worse. The power socket was pulled out of the wall half way. Tiniest elevator I have ever seen, me and my bag wouldn't fit into it. Large people won't fit into the bed. WIFI is free (with data limit) but dog dog slow. Street traffic is noisy. At least the rooms were quite clean and the underground is just around the corner.

Terrible service and stay. We didn't have any towels or soap when we arrived. We asked for more but didnt get any. Customer service doesn't aswer. Breakfast was informed to be across the street, but the cafe had closed its doors. The breakfast was at another coffee, and no one informed us of this change. Room is okay, but the bed is only 120cm wide. Terribly high price for this kind of experience. Also, the blankets had some brown big marks on them....

Good and clean. No real reception so if you are a foreigner which doesnt speak English or German I dont know how you would manage to get in via phone explanations. I reached somebody on the 3th ring, it was enough to stress me out after 2000km travel. On the phone they told me my room is on the fifth floor, but there isnt such, it came out that its behind the building quite nuce bungalo :D Most of the TV Channels were locked, brekfast is starting too late, these are the improving recomendations. The roof windows were automatic and all furniture new, the bed was very comfortable (I have severe spine damages), I slept like a baby.
