Leider wurden bei meinem Umzug Gegenstände zerbrochen. Mehrfach habe ich dort angefragt (schriftlich und telefonisch), wegen Ersatz. Die Leute sind ja versichert! ich wurde immer nur abgewimmelt oder ignoriert. Für die Widerbeschaffungskosten kam man nicht auf.
