If you are looking for a studio where the focus is on personal care and advice, you have come to the right place. The studio is perfectly equipped with all the facilities you need for training. The mixture of physio, gymnastics and training is optimally adapted to the needs of each individual. Great trainers and a relaxed training atmosphere round off the perfect service.

The studio/gym is well-located, -equipped and -kept, very well thought through: you have everything you need for training as well as what you might need after (towels, toiletries, drinks, etc.). The whole atmosphere makes you feel right at home. The owners/trainers are highly qualified professionals and super friendly. My Personal Trainer, Josip, is always well prepared for my sessions, offering very good guidance and advice, adjusting exercises to fit my capabilities while still keeping their efficiency. In a mere month I have already made enough progress to keep me motivated to continue and excited for further progress. Couldn't have chosen better studio/gym and Personal Trainer for me!

Best fitness in Frankfurt. Not crowded, very knowledgeable trainers, pumped atmosphere! Would always recommend, especially Dennis. Little expensive but worth the Euro :)

Excellently equipped gym for anyone who likes strength and conditioning based exercise. Extremely friendly and accommodating coaches who are invested in ensuring their clients get exactly what they need out of each session and their membership. As a powerlifter/weightlifter, training here for national championships has been a pleasure. Each of the 3 owners has different strengths, but all of them are unfailingly enthusiastic and friendly. Top class gym for people who are looking to try out weights, right up to competitive athlete. Best set of eleiko equipment I have ever seen.
