I called for my mom because she doesn't speak English, she lost luggage during transit. The most rude service in the World. I called and the lady treated my with disrespect, they didn't help. She closed the phone in my face. Dankeshon.

Extremely rude and unhelpful staff on the phone. My wife and I forgot our stroller at Terminal 1 park deck P3 lot 708 three days ago. Since we knew the exact location where we forgot the stroller, we asked the office if they can look to see if the stroller is still there. They ignored our request, saying there's nothing they can do and even raised their voice. If anyone should find a stroller at the aforementioned location, please get in touch with me directly (I will pay a reward), as the lost&found office of the airport cannot be relied upon!

After 24 hours flying I made it to Frankfurt airport for a connection to Madrid. I barely had time to make my connecting flight and the line for security was horrendous. Somewhere along the line my camera bag with all my lenses and memory cards went missing. Unfortunately i didn’t notice it until the next morning. I called early in the morning and no cameras were found. I was told to try again a little later since it takes time for items to be processed. I did on an off chance and they found it! They are shipping it back to my home and I couldn’t be happier. I am sad to not have it for my trip, but I’m so thankful someone found it and turned it in! Thank you!

i forgot to grap my laptop during the security check, had a case no for that V10526/19 , no reply or response , no email to contact,, the main reason of forgot my laptop was the delay of the employee who didnt have a gloves to search my and other bags

I informed crew at the gate that I forgot my phone. They said that it is not a big problem and they will pick it up and bring it back to lost and found. Lost and found did not get it and did not help me at all to get my phone. It was surely stollen.
