Frank offered the best price on Alpina items, including shipping to US. Unfortunately for me, the valves were lost due to damage to package in shipping. Once I described the issue to Frank, he was able to send me replacements and didn't even charge additional shipping. Great customer service!! Highly recommend them for Alpina parts
