A big recommendation from here. I have never been afraid of going to the dentist before I had I bad experience with getting wisdom teeth removed by another dentist - but then I came here, really professional, kind people and really good job. Only good things to say about the place from here

Dear Doctor Sprengel, how many times we have to come for the consultation before you start treat the teeth? We have been 2 times on the consultation where on the second visit you changed your mind completely and you give us completely new offer. That was shocking that we paid 2 times for your offer. Very poor service. Visit never on time.
Not professionel at all, they dont respect time ,i got an appointement at 4.30pm but i had to wait till 5.30 pm and thats happend to me evrytime , doctor are really arrogant, i dont recommend it at all.
To long a wait, never again over 2 hours appointment at 15.00 but had to wait til 17.00what a joke
Das Team sehr freundlich und nett! Der Dr. Hanke und sein Team waren sehr freundlich und ne super Arbeit gemacht Danke.
Der beste Ort, um die Zähne zu behandeln ist toller Service und das Personal sind sehr nett und wirklich cool.
