Terrible service! Don't go there, you will regret not only using their service, wasting your money, but spending your time with staff being unbelievably rude! * I gave 4 Shirts and 1 Casual 'Trousers'. Only the trousers and one of the shirts had few stains, that were marked when given. * Upon reception, not only those stains were still their, the 3 other shirts (only for wash & ironing) now also had stains !!! * When I requested to make a complain, not only they became extremely rude, but they pushed my clothes saying \you need to get this and go\ (nor native English, nor native German speakers). *Terrible service!!! * I tried to reason and explain that it was unacceptable, but they only became more rude. Therefore seeing there is no chance for any positive outcome of this, I just left the complaint that I started writing, got my clothes and left. While the 3 men staff continued to comment as I was leaving. *Unbelievable. update: By the way I paid almost 20 EUR for express service and I got 0 clean clothes, new stains. This place should be closed !

I completely agree with the other reviewers. Avoid and spend your money elsewhere. Rude staff and terrible service. They are not interested in your business.
Wir haben hier jahrelang Hemden zum Bügeln gegeben. Letzter Besuch war nicht so zufriedenstellend wegen der Mitarbeiterin die mich bediente. Da ich aber diese Sache inzwischen klären konnte hier doch 3 Sterne.
Super Service und sehr freundlich. Günstig und schnell
Ich bin seit Jahren Kunde da Sehr schnell und kompetent vor allem sehr günstige Preise.
Ich habe mein Brautkleid hier zum reinigen gebracht und sie haben es leider nicht gut gereinigt. Die Schleppe ist noch Braun und das decote ist auch nicht wieder weiß geworden. Mein Brautkleid war schmutzig aber nicht besonders schmutzig.
Ich bin hier seit Jahren Stammkunde und wurde noch nie enttäuscht. Die Reinigung ist schnell und gründlich das Personal immer freundlich.
Ich muss mich da leider anschließen. Die Bedienung war freundlich und die Preise sind nicht hoch, jedoch sind die Schweißflecken am Hemdkragen noch zu sehen. Ich wurde nicht darauf hingewiesen und entsprechend auch keine Entschuldigung dafür erhalten. Von Profis erwarte ich mehr. Für schwierige Fälle ist diese Reinigung unbrauchbar.
