I love the US Five Guys and but this one has quality problems. Burgers were ok but not great. Not all instructions were followed. Given we ordered lots of fries, there was not enough ketchup. Milkshakes were held together with duct tape that was hard to remove. The Five Guys in Heidelberg, by comparison, is doing much better.

One of the best burgers I’ve had in years! It was juicy, flavourful and the perfect size. Totally recommend
I don't understand why they are so famous! The burger tasted good, and the \supposed not refridgerated\ potatoes also. However they served the food in alluminium paper and the potatoes were like thrown away in that bag. We had also no paper napkins, which is difficult with this kind of food. I supposed all these are not exceptionally good, concerning we are under pandemic period. On the other hand the price was considerably high for this kind of service.
It's just like the American version: The food, menu, taste, and interior design are great with one exception - the prices are outrageous! We got a burger with everything and bacon and paid 9,50 for it. That's just crazy. :( Minus one star for the high prices.
The most tasty veggie Burger in town and the Cajun Fries are simply superb. The best part is that you can order online and pay online and turn up at a certain time and pick it up. no contact or socially undistant situations!
