It was a very good experience. The staff and personnel were professional and helpful, as they guided me as to how to reach the place. I enjoyed my skydiving experience with them.
Amazing experience! I had a very cool, funny guide who made it clear that he really cared about makinng my first jumping experience fun and memorable. Two things to note, though in my opinion they are not so big to warrant knocking off a star: 1. Don't be in a hurry to jump! Only two people go up at a time, which is understandable but there may be a decent wait. I got a bit \unlucky\ and had to wait nearly an hour after my scheduled jump time because the order of ascent was moved around due to refueling needs. I am happy to wait for something that is clearly important to security :) 2. Your tandem video will feature preselected background music. I was a bit disappointed that the audio of my freefall/parachuting was gone because I yelled out some funny expletives in the moment... ah well. Your audio from before and after jumping is intact. Overall, would highly recommend this place, especially for first-timers... they gave me the itch to try again!
