DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL!! They shipped my Matik via DHL/USPS the USPS lost package and I have been trying to get them to file a claim so I can get them to ship a new one, but at this point I just want my money back unless they plan to ship DHL straight and not use the USPS! I realize it is NOT their fault package was lost but how they are handling is NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY!!! IF I would have read ALL REVIEWS i would have not purchased from them not worth the savings at all!! I do not have funds to go purchase another Matik. I need this devise to climb lead with as do not like the Grigri when lowering as on smaller ropes the rope can get away from you when lowering. I have provided the letter from the USPS and they can clearly see that the package has not reached it's finally destination. It has been over 2 months now!!

sehr coole neue Halle. Erst mit der Zeit wird sich zeigen wie gut die Halle ankommt. Als wir Ende Dezember da waren war fast nix los (gut für uns, aber schlecht für die Halle). Daher eine sehr gute Alternative falls die DAV Halle in Kempten mal zu voll sein sollte
