Best fitness studio in Hamburg. If you go from 6:00 to 8:00 you will have your own fitness studio, full equipped and specially clean. I have been in the studio almost every single hour and although during the peaks hours is never full, which is very cool due to you will never need to wait for the machine and so on, BUT, very important to know......this is not the typical fitness studio cuz it oriented in free weight and movement training. If you try, you will never regret

I would say the gym is perfect all the facilities and the instruments are in good conditions, but.. two days ago I couldn’t open my locker and I had to wait from 18.30 pm until 21.10 pm that someone came to open it for me. The customer service team told me literally to go home and come back the next day? and at the same time I was hearing that they were laughing -how do you expect after that, that I will believe anything they will tell me- To switch between their colleagues not in a good manner, never asked me for my position (I didn’t know this company had 3 different gyms in Hamburg) and when I realised they never asked me where I was, I called again and they just told me the driver was looking for me without listening that I was saying the address, I had to call more than 3 times and their always said the driver was coming in 20 or 10 minutes and this never happened, they were laughing when I said that I probably will sleep there because It wasn’t an option to come back home for me. It is sad when your customer service does not take care of your business, only one lady was very patient and she was the only one who took care of the situation in the many calls I did.
Been going to this place since a year, its conveniently located, stylish, relaxed, aptly priced, and possess all equipments needed for a full body workout. The focus is more on TRX and freestyle, instead of just pumping weights. What I enjoy the most however is the atmosphere, relaxed and friendly with a positive vibe. The manager, David has done a good job imparting those values, is cheerful and helpful whenever you need an advise on sports and general layout of the gymn. I would call this a refined boutique gymn frequented by the office chaps from the surrounding buildings. Well a gymn is after all as good as you use it, no point blaming the gymn for no muscles.

First, I love employs who work there. They are so cool, always pay attention, care and help you. Thank you to Lea, Lasse, Dominic and other stuff for being friendly! The club is new, clean and never crowdy. I admire the concept of EVO Fitness!
They've just opened so the equipment is shiny and brand new! The gym is rather small with many cardio machines (mostly treadmills, but also stepper, spinning bikes, assault bike, rowing machine), one rack with 2 barbells, some dumbbells and a functional box. It's a nice concept especially for people training in FBW. You train bare foot and leave your shoes right behind the door.
