You'll see a lot of engineers in front of computers waiting for something to happen or writing code. Get a visit guide that can show you the most interesting rooms inside and can explain you the processes that they are working on. Still, nothing too much in detail

Attended the SW PA workshop/conference. Presentation area lacked tables on which delegates could put computers & notepads (electronic & paper types) in front of them. Staff very helpful. Food was good, if a little expensive. Facilities a little tight and limited. Could do with more disability access considerations (no ramps were obvious in some areas, nor intermediate handrails).
