Guy from a staff was trying to trick me I was buying straps.10 of them he give him one box and 2 extras on top when I got back to my truck it was only 9 of them.so I got back in the store and told guy it only 9 instead of 10 he told me it’s 10 so I told him we can go to truck and count it.so he told me that he will come to truck in a few minutes.after 30min come back to shop and he gives me a lost one. He didn’t even count what I have in my trailer. So I think he new what he did at first time. So now I was late in to my loading place and the company are not sure or they will load me today. Thanks for that

Nicht zu Empfehlen. Der bedienende Verkäufer hatte schon um 17.00 Uhr gefühlsmäßig Feierabend & wollte seine Kundschaft einfach nur abfertigen. 1. Standard Anhänger Bremseile wollte er extra anfertigen lassen. Sowas kann man fertig kaufen. Was mir selbst als Laie geläufig ist. 2. Er hat mir ein falsches Batteriemodell mitgeben, obwohl ihm die Altbatterie vorlag. Der aufmerksame ältere Herr im Verkauf hat dies letztendlich verhindert. Danke!

Die telefonische Bestellung meines Ersatzteils lief perfekt. Man hat sich wirklich Mühe gegeben und das Teil war wie versprochen am nächsten Tag da. Dagegen verlief die Abholung leider sehr enttäuschend. Mir ist selten so eine Unfreundlichkeit untergekommen. Kundenfreundlichkeit ist hier ein Fremdwort.
