Amazing restaurant on top of a hill. The views of the area are amazing and the food is even better! If you want to challenge yourself (and maybe some friends) walk up the hill! It's a nice hike with great views, and when you arrive at the Erlenbacher Hütte, you will be able to enjoy the food even more!
This is a very beautiful old and cozy Black Forest Gasthaus next to an inviting outside garden with a great view. Small selection of typical dishes, best known for their sausage salads, huge Schnitzels (one portion two Schnitzels) and their "Brägele" (panfried potatoes) Everything there is offered at a very reasonable price. Also try the Flammkuchen, originally from the Alsace area but also well known in the Black Forest with "localized" toppings. The service might be a bit slow at times but the young locals who run the place are very friendly and always up for a chat. Highly recommended!

Wir waren heute zum ersten Mal zu Gast in der Erlenbacher Hütte. Es war sehr toll. Nette Gastwirte, leckeres Essen und für normales Geld. Wir kommen gerne wieder und hoffentlich haben wir dann etwas Sonne im Gepäck. Die Aussicht ist phänomenal!
Leider, dank Corona geschlossen. Aber trotzdem gibt es dort noch die Möglichkeit sich auf einem Baumstamm nieder zulassen. Für ein schmackhaftes und kühles Getränk ist aber gesorgt. An der "Viehtränke", gepaart mit einem sehr schönen Ausblick kann man es gut aushalten. Für Getränke unbedingt kleines Geld dabeihaben.
Sind Spontan vorbei gefahren, Platz bekommen essen sehr lecker Bedienung auch sehr freundlich und bemüht. Super schöne Landschaft. Wir kommen sicher wieder.
Ein wunderbarer Ort, viel zu romantisch und klassisch. Kühe mit Kuhglocken weiden direkt unterhalb der Terrasse auf der leckere und üppige Speisen gegessen werden können. Das Fleisch hat super Qualität, der Salat ist frisch und selbst unsere vegetarische Begleitung wurde ohne Probleme fündig-bei großer Auswahl! Absolut empfehlenswert für einen Tagestrip... ab Frühjahr sollte Sonnenschutz dabei sein! Der Service war Top und hat sich bei neun Personen geduldig alle Fragen angehört und umfassend geantwortet.
