Wonderful! I will write my review in English, even though I spoke with Mr. Ortlieb with my terrible German. Mr. Ortlieb is clearly an artist who cares about getting things done just right. He was able to interpret my wishes perfectly and was patient and helpful throughout the process of a rather large number of items I needed matted and framed. I wanted „quirky and special“ and that’s what I got. And everything was done faster than expected! For anyone who has sentimental items that deserve to be handled with care and respect, I recommend a visit to Herr Ortlieb. As he said, these aren’t IKEA frames! Will be back for value, beautiful work, and great service! Vielen Dank!
