I'm assuming my experience was with the same woman as stated in the previous review for this location. The woman was completely unprofessional and snapped at us when we asked about getting another rental as ours had been given away. She stated that it was in the fine print that our car would given away if we were late to pickup, unfortunately we were not given that info from sato, but things happen. We we tried to get more information as to when we would be able to get a car she became flustered and irritated. She spoke over us when we tried to get clarity on when we could expect more cars to come in. However, the other rental agency in the booth across from theirs (Sixt rent a car) was able to explain the situation and shortages of cars. He gave us his number so we can try later to check for returns and even directed us to off post locations where we might have better luck. So in short, save yourself the aggravation of dealing with a pompous brat and do business with the other agency. They are competitors so prices have to be similar anyway right...

HERO REQUEST

Horrible customer service from Amanda (the only fat women at the counter). She was no help & tried to price gouge & up sale a service I do not need on my rental vehicle.I wish I can get her fired.
