Very wonderful and friendly staff. First class services; very efficient with impressively high cultural standards. Their level of patience and tolerance, is unbeatable. Let alone their adherence to health and safety guidelines through distancing. Never seen a more organised embassy. God bless you all, keep up the good work. Not okay at all they need to upgrade and talk to people in a good manner, they really need a lot of improvement.
I was there on Tuesday and left on Wednesday...More than 12 hours of waiting due to no fault of ours who had appointment on the 9th of February this week
Because of constant changes made by the NIS.
