I was at the Embassy in September for the first time and i must say they are friendly. I was served very fast and Whenever i had a question i would send a message and they were responding back immediately. I remember one day sending a message very late at night and to my surprise they responded back. Thank you guys and the kenyan snacks we were given at the reception were very delicious. Thank you for the good service and keep up.

It's been months long, I'm still waiting for confirmation of my son's birth certificate, I've called I've wrote emails .. so where else do I go when my embassy doesn't respond?????? Very disappointed!!! #mkenyaujerumani E .Wegesa
I was there on 07.10.2020. Despite missing my appointment, they gave me another one after contacting them. Then they served me well and with dignity. Thank you, I enjoyed your services.
