Best embassy and smoothest process I’ve experienced so far. Phone calls and questions are answered helpfully! The security check was quick and everyone working here extremely friendly. It took me less than 10 minutes to get everything done.

Came here along with my Japanese friend for help when I lost my Japanese Residence card in Germany. As all the airport staff checks the residence card to board the flight to Japan, I was worried. My friend explained the situation to the staff and she talked to someone inside and then to my friend. Sadly, she doesn't speak english and I couldn't understand the solution to the problem. She told my friend that it's okay show the passport and Residence card is not need to enter Japan. But as every passport controls in airport asks for residence card I again told her to help me what to do. She didnt gave much information. Later I am still confused and called the embassy and someone speaking english responded and talked to me very calm and explained me with more details.
