Be careful with AEG since they post misleading information on their official website. I can not make myself a coffee on an induction cooktop (induction hob) which has an official price of 1200. 8 months ago I bought an induction cooktop of this brand, an induction cooktop of 60cm wide with a price of 1200, official price of the brand and price that had both mediamarkt and El Corte Ingles. It is possibly one of the most expensive inductions cooktops on the market on its size. I bought this induction cooktop because it has the Maxisense technology in order to make an economic saving with its energy efficiency that according to the information that appears on its website is an induction top that adapts to the recipient whatever the size and it turns out that I can not even make coffee with this induction cooktop as it will not recognize a recipient which measures less than 125mm. Finally, they confirm that it is necessary to have a minimum recipient diameter, that is, the information on their page is erroneous. Even that AEG admits this problem, they do not want to return me back the money or change the induction hob. I have to go to the courts to be able to solve this problem with them. These are the proposals that I proposed to AEG to solve the problem of their defective product (I was just asking for one of these solutions). 1º To tell me which coffee maker( kettle) with a house size I could buy that could be recognized by the induction hob. 2nd An induction hob that works as they announce (That information has already changed although I have many evidences that the information has been changed). 3º To return back all the money I spent for this induction hob. That means: The cost of the product shipping costs taxes. After 8 months and being so long behind them and hearing so many absurd excuses to refuse to give me any of these solutions I’m leaving it for the courts since there is no other way.

Nie wieder AEG / Electrolux!!! Kaufen Sie auf keinen Fall Geräte der Marke Electrolux / AEG. Die Qualität ist miserabel. Das ein Unternehmen eine Festpreisreparatur anbietet ist sehr bezeichnend. Man muss davon ausgehen, dass die wissen, wie die Geräte ausgelegt sind. Soll heißen: sie gehen kurz nach der Garantie kaputt. Von Kulanz außerdem keine Spur! Bitte lesen Sie auch alle weiteren negativen Bewertungen hier, dann wissen Sie, woran Sie sind.
