Kein Support an privaten Kunden. Nicht zeitgemäße kundenfreundliche Firmenpolitik; nur Fachhändler oder Poolbauer bekommen Info bei Störungen. Die Dosiersteuerung MIDAS Control ist ein Zukauf-Produkt vom Dritthersteller. Sollte die Anlage die ich gekauft habe ersetzt werden müssen, werde ich bei meiner Auswahl keine Produkte von der Firma MIDAS mehr berücksichtigen.
