** You may suffer financial loss if you don't check your bill carefully when buying from here, and you may feel that you get a blame instead of an apology ** I had a good shopping experience before until today. As a customer it is also our obligation to double check the bill before leaving the cash register, otherwise, you may have a serious financial loss due to an impatient, unmindful, or even incapable-to-do-the-job EDEKA teammate. Today we were closing to pay 25% more of our buyings. We went back to the cashier it seemed she was not capable to understand how she ended up with charging 25% more. While she was trying to figure out, her queue grew and in the end, she blamed us that we blocked the channel after she asked me to come back to her, and with no apology of what she did. I used to trust the team. I pay what they say and usually don't double check the bill. I won't do it anymore since today's bad shopping experience, and I recommend all to double check your bill before leaving the cash register. People make mistakes and they can be forgiven if the mistakes are corrected. However, it is not forgivable if they make mistakes to others and don't show their apology. We had the wrong bill problem once in the Lidl nearby as well, how they handled it was absolutely professional.
Good products and prices. The line, some times, is a little bigger than it should.
Good selection. Good hours. Clean and organized. Not cramped. Most staff seem friendly.
