Hi I wanted to let u know that is it is great place and there are many donuts, the bonus is that they speak English, there is one problem. It is in at the train station and if they moved to Kaiserswerth they would get double the customers because it is right next to a international school and they have a lot of people who love donuts!!! Dunkin if u see this please consider it.

Dunkin' Donuts is a classic one - although I am a fan of their brand, most of the donuts they offer are nothing special. I ordered last time like 20 different donuts (see photos below) but was a bit disappointed, as they all had no filling and on top of them there was just some colored sugar. The taste was okay, but I am not sure if I would order there again. So I won't necessarily recommend that place, but you can try it by yourselves.
Hi could you please add some vegan Donut's? I tried some few days ago and I found them even more delicious than the non-vegan one. I was so happy being vegan myself. But I won't come to your shop until you offer some vegan Donut's options...
Good donuts but the employee that's here in the morning is insanely slow , and kinda clumsy. Most people that get donuts this early at a train station have a train to catch and can't afford to wait that long . It's a daily occurance that people in line simply give up because they have to go to work and can't afford waiting any longer . Very nice lady , but not very efficiant .
Never ever had such bad customer service. The one helping just didn't like to talk. She was very impolite and was happy that she can't help us. So annoying! I give it 1 star because that's the lowest rating and 1 star because the donuts are good...
