Wide range of products like cuckoo clocks, bags, souvenirs and kitchen products for sale. There is also a cuckoo clock workshop available. 3 stars cos I feel the prices are above average. Try the other souvenir shops in the area, they offer much cheaper similar stuff at a lower prices and many are at 50% discount.

Great place to buy original German made cuckoo clocks, spares, Swarovski, amber, utensils, jewels and much more. It is however costlier than competitors. Pro tip: German made watches are costly but worth every penny you spend. My father bought an analogue pendulum quartz watch in 1994 which still works with supreme precision!

Great place to shopping. Famous from titisee. Enjoy your shopping, the atmosphere, the lake view. You can buy cuckoo clock here. The build quality is good, so you better buy it here. There are several shop in titisee also sell cuckoo clock, but I recommend this shop. They will give you tax refund directly. Awesome.

The customer service from this company is way beyond 100% awesome. Purchased this beautiful glass lamp on our cruise.They were always very helpful and bent over backwards to make things right.I would definitely buy glass again from them. Shipped it to Canada and came broken.No problem sent me another one. This too came broken.The third time it came perfect.
