Postives: I had read very positive reviews of Dr. Serkan Aygin, however I will say the kudos and acknowledgement goes to the entire staff. From the point of reception to debriefing you on the process followed by the very caring and professional staff during the surgery - literally everything was outstanding. This was my second surgery, while my first one was in Germany, hence I was very critical on the second one. I couldn't find a flaw. Improvement Recommendation: The only recommendation I would make is to enable digital payments like Apple Pay. I ran into issues as I lost my wallet right after I landed in Istanbul and had no cash or my bank cards to execute any payment.

I recently hair transplant from Dr. Serkan Aygin. Share my experience, I searched many clinics before hair transplant but unable to find a best clinic where I can be fully satisfied. Finally I found Dr. Serkan Aygin clinic which has high rating and very experienced. But again doubt, are rating true or fakes. Even I read many low rating. So I disappointed. But finally I planned to go there. And really everything was perfect. Even painless operation. I met Dr. Serkan Aygin. I was so glad so see him. They tried to maximum graft as my lower doner area. I hope I will get a positive result. But specially thanks to Mr. Berk. He done everything like hotel, transfer, appointments, medical treatment.
It was a very nice experience from start to finish. They organized everything, so you didn't have to worry about anything. All of their staff, from doctors, to assistants, drivers and translators were very helpful and very friendly.
Amazing experience! From start to finish the staff was incredibly professional and friendly and the whole process was very well-organized. Before flying to Turkey, they were always available via WhatsApp to answer any questions I had regarding the procedure and when I was there the employees worked very hard to be sure that the procedure was as comfortable as possible. I can easily recommend Dr. Aygin’s clinic to anyone looking to receive a hair transplant. You certainly won’t be disappointed!
Professional and High Standard Hair Clinic, Visiting the Dr. Serkan Aygin Clinic in Istanbul was a great decision for me. Everything went according to plan, executed really professional and very well. The whole team was really friendly and always helpful. I felt good in their hands. It was definitely the right and best decision to have a hair transplantation at the doctor Serkan Aygin clinic. One really doesn’t have to worry about anything, everything is planned and timed perfectly from the arrival at the airport to the operation itself and the post operation meeting. I always felt in good hands and everything was perfectly explained to me, several times if necessary. The Surgery Team really gave me the feeling of being save and in professional hands. In case you need a small break to go to the toilet or to drink something just tell them, it’s totally fine. You can also be sure that the team is 100% focussed on your surgery because they’re only Having one surgery per day, so they put all their energy on your hair transplantation. This fact made me more calm and relaxed (despite the anaesthesia which is definitely doing its job). The hotel is good too, the breakfast offers something for everyone which is important especially the day you’re having the operation. The day after the operation you’ll be brought to the clinic again, for having a laser treatment and someone will explain to you how you have to treat your head and hair for the best result. You get the most important things to take care of your head / hair for example a lotion and a shampoo, a hat and an information brochure. One more important thing to add is, that you can be sure to have someone to talk to or to ask questions even when you’re already home again. Every single patient has its person to talk to, so no need to worry - you’re not left alone after leaving the clinic. I can’t say anything about my hair results yet, but I will add some photos as soon as one can see something has changed :) I can only recommend you to take the step and having a hair transplantation, it’s worth it! I had my hair transplant in Dr Serkan Aygin clinic in March 2021(now 4 days ago). After having booked the flight everything was planned and organised for me by the clinic, including every transfer from the airport to hotel and clinic. The hotel I was booked in was very nice and the treatment in the clinic was excellent. In total I spent 3 days: preparation meeting on the first day (1h), transplant procedure on the second (7h) and follow-up on the third (1.5-2h). Hair transplant procedure itself was the thing I was most afraid but it turned out to be really convenient and painfree. The team was very friendly and working in an extremely professional way. Especially the after-care team took a lot of extra time after the surgery to achieve the best results for me. Dr. Serkan Aygin recommended 3400 grafts in my initial online consultation. After the preparation meeting in the clinic with a closer look they decided to transplant 4000 grafts. However the price offer remained the same which I found very transparent and professional. Deciding to go for a hair transplantation is usually a once in a lifetime decicion and needs careful research. Altogether I was really happy with my decision and can definitely recommend this clinic. I am now looking forward for my new hair to grow. Thanks to the whole Dr Serkan Aygin clinic! Cheers
The female doctor that did the procedure was rude and impatient. She kept applying grafts to my face while I was in pain and refused to give me more pain relief until after the procedure as she obviously had somewhere to be. I screamed and shouted so loud untill I has more pain relief as I could feel each incision. Get it done in England. They are alot more compassionate. If you are getting this done, don't be fooled as it is brutal and they won't tell you anything about that part. They will just talk about the benefits and the aftercare.
