I went to the clinic a week ago because I thought I tore the Achilles. I went without an appointment and wated 3 hours to be seen. My phone died while I was waiting, and I tried to charge it in the waiting room but there was tape over the outlets. When I asked the receptionist to charge my phone she said no without any reason. I was called into the doctors office and while I was waiting I charged my phone in the room. When the doctor came In he immediately removed the charger and said that it is a private place and that Ausländer think it is for free! He continued to use the word \Ausländer\ and it made me feel uncomfortable. Technically the appointment was OK but I didn't appreciate the way he and the receptionist treated me when I tried to charge my phone in order for me to be able to order a taxi home.

nachdem es über 3 std gedauert hat wen ans telefon zu bekommen, gab es anstatt hilfe nur schlaue sprüche. leider kann ich persöhnlich zum arzt nichts sagen aber die arzthelferinnen reichen mir persöhnlich schon!

Super!! Natürlich muss man in der Akutsprechstunde warten und früh dort sein, aber Dr von Frankenberg ist diagnostisch einwandfrei und nimmt sich Zeit! Nur zu empfehlen!

Dr. von Frankenberg ist fachlich sehr versiert und nimmt sich ausreichend Zeit, egal ob man als Patient mit Termin oder ohne erscheint. Durchaus übliche Wartezeiten und ein freundliches Team.
