Dr. Gereon Goebels is very competent doctor who patiently listens to his patients and try to come up with good treatment. The facility is well equipped and international patients have the option to communicate in English.

Long Talker

The first appointment I've had with this gastro-enterologist I was not at all impressed with. After 30 seconds or so he was barely listening to my descriptions of my symptoms anymore although I had prepared in advance to make this description as clear and as concise as possible. After carrying out the tests a few weeks (!!) later, his nurses told me to just contact my GP after 6 weeks, as the doctor will not be seeing me again to discuss the results, diagnostic and treatment. This unexpected and disrepsectful procedure was all the more susprising since, as I had explained to the doctor, my symptoms had been recurring for years and resilient to multiple treatments that I had previously tried, and so a discussion of the way to proceed next was definitely required. I thought this doctor's handling was really unprofessional and for this reason I would not recommend anyone to use his services. For my stool probe, they called me again several times since they admitted the losing the first ones (!?), with no apology for their blunder and my wasted time. They are also severely understaffed, always massive waiting times before someone mans the reception.

Dr. Goebels führt ein ausführliches Aufklärungsgespräch durch. Ich erhielt eine selbst verfasste Bedienungsanleitung für den \Abführtrunk\. Fand ich sehr hilfreich. ________________________________________________________________________ Gestern war es dann soweit mit der Untersuchung. Habe nur 10 Minuten gewartet. Dann ging's los. Sehr freundliches und emphatisches Personal, ich hatte jederzeit ein gutes Gefühl. Arzt und Schwestern wirkten sehr kompetent. 2 Stunden nach dem Start erhielt ich meinen Arztbericht und das Abschlussgespräch. Diese Praxis kann ich nur empfehlen!

Selten sowas erlebt. Man lässt mich als Akut - Patient noch nicht mal am Telefon aussprechen. \Es werden bis August keine Termine mehr vergeben\. So sieht die ärztliche Behandlung 2020 aus. Da bin ich ja froh privat versichert zu sein, Gott Lob gibt es noch andere Ärzte. Ich werde Sie nicht weiterempfehlen, im Gegenteil!

Nachdem ich im Laufe der Jahre bereits mehrere Darmspiegelungen bei anderen Gastroenterologen sehr schmerzhaft erlebt habe, vertraute ich mich heute Herrn Dr. Goebels an. Das gesamte Team war sehr freundlich, die Spiegelung absolut schmerzfrei ( Meine Angst völlig unbegründet ) und Dr. Goebels sehr kompetent und nett, auch im Abschlussgespräch.
