BMW Dortmund is an official dealership and part of the BMW Group's network. This is not a franchise or independent dealership. Size/building/accessibility: BMW Dortmund is one of the largest and best-equipped dealerships in the NRW region. They have full showrooms for new cars, used cars, motorcycles, accessories, a cafe, a play area for kids, a large workshop area and a very large parking space (multiple areas). If you don't have a dedicated customer service manager please feel free to the front desk right at the main entrance, you will not have to wait long. Service quality: - Regular inspection: Albeit pricey (compared to other dealers), the service is absolutely good. Quality, paperwork and timeliness are unparalleled. - Repairs, maintenance and collision service: My dad crashed his 3 series into a construction zone (at 85 mph), the car looked pretty bad. After 4 weeks the car came back in a great shape, all parts and body panels were replaced and even the insurance paperwork was done properly. Great service. - Overall impression: The service staff, sales people and overall workers appear very professional and friendly. I highly recommend BMW Dortmund.
