Dr. Posa is competent, thorough, and friendly. I’ve been to 2 other doctors in Düsseldorf for the exact problem with no results. Only Dr. Posa demonstrated what I thought to be proper diligence. My symptoms and every next step were explained to me well and in English. The staff are also very accommodating and pleasant. Definitely recommendable!

Worst dr. in my life, no professionalism. I was waiting for 2 hr and noone tell me (Receptionist) when dr. will do checkup even 1 patent was sitting outside and one in waiting room. It happen with me 2 times. Not overcrowded means noone want to go to this I cancelled my appointment and then go to near by Dr. med. Angelina Landeghem and he did treatment in 2 to 5 min.

Dr. Posa is by far the best doctor I've ever visited. She treated me with care, respect and was very welcoming. Her assistants are also great. I wish all other doctor offices were like this one. It's the first time I feel like a doctor in Germany cared about me as a patient.
