Cheap place to buy vehicle parts.
Ordered a lot from their website lately, everything was alright, they have my recommendation!
Good prices but worst customer experience ever. Parts that were not on stock were not delivered to me and than the company is making it difficult for me to get my money refunded. Had a previous experience an year ago, also negative, parts ordered, wrong parts arrived and than it took 1 month to get the right parts, which involved unnecessary stress. As an update to the worst company ever... Now they are stating that they reimbursed two times my money for the part that never arrived and are requiring me to pay the sum so I don't have legal problems with debt collectors... Everyone looking at their low prices should also think that from the simple process of ordering parts it all arrived at them messing the orders every time and now holding me accountable for some reimbursement that they don't even prove with a proper documentation. Again ...worst company ever!
Sad to not have anything less than 1! Terrible company, I ordered a part through ebay and they sent it with a label issue, part is now returning to them and after offering me to send a replacement part they end up asking me for 3 more weeks just to find out what happened. In the meanwhile, my car is not working due to their labelling and customer support issues. Edit 1: I got a refund from them after almost 2 months of the issue.
