I choose \Die UmzugsCrew\ among several proposals and I was right. They are a very professional team with good peoples. I strongly recommended this company and wish best luck for their business.
I had opted for Die UmzugsCrew after seeing its rating as 5*. But in my case they did not do a good job. We had to shift from Braunschweig to Neustrelitz, and they sent 5-6 persons for packing and loading, but only two persons for unloading, unpacking and installing purposes. Although those two guys did their best, it was quite late in the night, so they left, and they came without a hacksaw to install an old kitchen to a new place :-), such a blunder mistate. For next 2 days, we managed without kitchen. Then they sent one guy, who came in the evening and fixed kitchen, and lights, and he left as it was laready night. Unpacking of cartoons, fixing Curtains and other things we had to do by ourself. Importantly, we could not open dishwasher, as its door was bloked by heating plate. Such a faulty installation they had done. My colleague helped me to move the kitechen sink and other cabinets to other side to let it open. Ideally, two persons should have stayed for a day to fix everything, as they charged a lot.
Positiv fallen bei dieser Firma die verantwortlichen Mitarbeiter auf. Freundlich, hilfbereit und umsichtig. Bei den hochwertigen Möbel sind keine Schäden enstanden trotz Zwischenlagerung. Desweiteren wurde eine kurzfristige Terminänderung berücksichtigt. Wir sind insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit der Abwicklung und können die Die UmzugsCrew weiterempfehlen.
Ich kann diese Firma mit bestem Gewissen zu 100% weiterempfehlen!! Sehr freundlicher Chef und tatkräftige und zuverlässige Mitarbeiter! Es war für uns der entspannteste Umzug den ich hatte. Vielen Dank nochmal dass es auch so spontan geklappt hat! Daumen nach oben :-)
Es hat von Anfang an alles wunderbar geklappt. Die Jungs, die den Umzug gemacht haben, waren nicht nur sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sie haben auch akkurat gearbeitet. Würde ich immer weiterempfehlen.
