Appauling customer service at Westerlamd Autozugverladung. Train has broken down, no announcements whatsoever, AUTOZUG advises to talk to DB Sylt shuttle employees as problems are only DB's fault, while DB staff refuse to talk to AUTOZUG customers as that is a DIFFERENT company. INCREDIBLY offensive staff at AUTOZUG. None of the phone helplines work. False statements on both websites stating that ALL trains are running on time. Will demand partial refund.
