At first everything was great until I purchased my car. Got the car keys ect. Then they said they will mail me the papers 3 something weeks later still no papers. Then the post said I received them but I had not. Now they say oh it's not our fault you didn't receive the papers we did our work. Yes granted they are not the post. But they can get or make me new papers for my car and I can now just pick them up. Or calling the post and see who they gave my papers too and why?.. Bad business I will never purchase a car from them again. Also my breaks are already going bad seems like they changed them or never changed them before I bought the car.

Sehr schönes Autohaus! (anbei ein paar Eindrücke) Der Service sowie die Verkäufer sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Der Autokauf und auch die jährlichen Wartungen sind immer reibungslos abgelaufen und auch bei Fragen oder Problemen wird man ordentlich beraten. Ich dachte, dass meine Achse verzogen ist, da mein Fahrzeug immer zu nach rechts zieht. Herr Bier aus dem Service hat direkt erkannt, dass es am Reifendruck lag! Und auch jetzt zur Pandemie ist es möglich, Hilfe und Beratung zu bekommen! Kann es nur weiterempfehlen :)
Habe meinen i30N Fastback bei Herrn Giordano gekauft und bin sehr zufrieden. Sehr zuverlässiger und freundlicher Verkäufer ich bin super zufrieden mit dem neuen Auto. Danke, jederzeit wieder!
